Schools and Universities
Plan the heating changeover around teaching spaces, occupied accommodation and the works programme. Identify which buildings share the plant and who authorises access to the estate.
Our planned hire information covers connection responsibilities and the return to permanent heating.
Healthcare Estates
State the services affected, the occupied areas and the priorities agreed by the estate team. Temporary plant positions and connection routes need coordination with the people responsible for building access and site safety.
Do not include patient information in a general enquiry. Describe the building’s operational requirement instead.
Councils and Leisure Centres
Separate space heating from hot water for showers or other outlets. Include opening hours and periods of high use, alongside any refurbishment shutdowns.
The capacity page explains the difference between a nominal module total and a site-specific heating and hot water arrangement.
Offices and Commercial Property
Consider tenant occupancy, shared loading areas and the date heating must return after a changeover. For multi-let premises, identify the person coordinating access across occupiers.
Industrial Sites
Describe the heating duty and any operational conditions already documented by the site team. Make clear whether the enquiry concerns building heating, hot water or another heat requirement needing separate assessment.
Trailer access, fuel storage and nearby works belong in the site brief. Do not assume a temporary heating package supplies steam or suits a particular process without a confirmed specification.
Discuss the Building Requirement
Bring the postcode, proposed dates, known boiler information and an on-site contact. Use the sector enquiry form to explain what must remain operational during the hire.
